A service plan is required for all websites
Choose between Standard (S) and All-Inclusive (A). All Standard services are included in the All-Inclusive service.


Our service plans include more than just hosting, which is what you get almost anywhere else. Here is what you get with an Easy Websites service plan:

Hosting (S)
Your site needs a place to live and our super reliable, secure and fast cloud hosting ensures your site will always be live and accessible from anywhere, any time. We can boast of a 99,99% up-time which is industry leading.
Hosting is a service that agencies typically charge $10 to $50 per month for.

Mobile optimized (S)
Your website with Easy Websites is fully responsive and works on all screen sizes and devices, including smartphones and tablets. We make sure that any technology or product changes and advances is both integrated and tested for your website with us.
Webdesigners often charge extra for the mobile website functionality. Prices range from 25% to 100% additional charge of the website build price.

Security Updates (S)
We provide SSL certificates for your website that encrypts connections and ensures safety, protecting and instilling confidence in your visitors and improving your search engine ranking.
A secutirity certificate for your website can easily put you back $15 to $50 a month.

Perpetual Compatibility (S)
We provide what we call Perpetual Compatibility, meaning every time a new browser, operating system, tablet, smartphone, computer etc. hits the market, we make sure that your site will be fully compatible with it, which means you'll never have to reinvest in your website infrastructure as technology changes and advances.
This service is unique to us, as we guarantee that your website will always work for the duration of our relationship. Other webdesigners and agencies will most often charge you for a whole new website build. We don't do that, even if we have to build you a whole new site.

Easy to use editor (S)
You get access to our really easy to use on-page editor witch enables you to edit any text and image you want, directly on your webiste and post it live immediately after you hit save.
This is a feature that you almost always will have to pay extra for.

Updates (S)
If you're on the Standard plan you either do your updates through the easy-to-use onsite editor or you can choose to pay us to do your content updates for you. Content is defined as text/copy and/or imagery. We have a set price of $100 per update round inluding as many single updates as you need.
Delivery time can vary, but usually within a week.
We've checked and the industry standard charge for a single update is usually minimum $100, so an edit round with maybe 5 text and image updates throughout the site, would run you a bill of $500.
(changes that do not refer to the content of the site, i.e. the website's structure, design, page amount or utility in general is priced separately and is not included in Updates)

Support (S)
And of course you get great customer support from someone who knows and understands your business, this industry, community and present climate and economy.

Visibility (A)
We use the latest technology and best on page SEO pratices to help your site rank high and attract more visitors on search engines like Google, Yahoo and Bing. You can enhance and boost ranking further with our Reputation & Review Management

Statistics (A)
You get access to real time traffic statistics, so you can see how many people are coming to your site, how long they stay, which pages are most popular and a lot more, so you can stay on top of how visitors are utilizing your site, enabling you to make smart business decisions with that data.
No need for external software connections, you get the essencial stats directly on you site

Easy to use editor (S)

Updates (A)
If you are on the All-Inclusive plan, we will make any and all updates to your website's content every month (all updates for one round needs to be sent to us in one package). Just email us which text and/or images you want changed and attach what you want it replaced with, and we'll make sure your site is up to date within 2 working days, keeping it fresh and relevant at all times. Further update rounds within the same month will be charged at $100 per round.
We've checked and the industry standard charge for a single update is usually $100, so a round with maybe 5 text and image updates throughout the site would run you a bill of $500.

Monthly search engine submission (A)
If you don't push it yourself it takes months and months for the search engines to pick up on your website by themselves, and again months before they pick up on any changes you make. However, all search engines has the ability to receive submissions of which sites to review and index, also called crawling. Our monthly submission service automatically submits your site to around 50 search engines every month, which in return resubmits it to hundreds of others. This ensures that all search engines always are up to date with your content.
This service alone has a high industry value and easily costs anywhere from $199 to $499 a month.
There are several upgrades that are not included in the above pricing, such as module for eCommerce, onpage payment option, menu and booking for restaurants etc. For pricing for these please contact us.
